When Whitney was small, her mom used to say, ‘Whitney, you have to love yourself first. Start with loving yourself and all else falls into place.’ As a tweenager, she was not sure what she was talking about. But as she grew up, now an adult into her forty’s, with three children, she fully understand what her mom meant.
