Item Description
Cheryl Hargrow is a native of Brooklyn, N.Y. She uses self-taught techniques to capture texture, color and light in her mixed media creations. Taking inspiration from Colorados symphony of vistas and wildlife, she gives cast-offs unrealized possibilities. Her mask is an African mans face - so calm, so serene, so solemn. It displays the black, red and green colors in a tribal facial design. He leads his tribe. He is a warrier. He is serious, yet so calm.
