Item Description
Nancy Lee Sorenson is a multi-faceted artist living in Woodland Park who also resides part-time in Mazatlan, Mexico. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts with an emphasis on pottery and a minor in sculpture from Metropolitan State College of Denver. She finds enjoyment in the uniqueness of textures in each work she produces. Whether painting the spaces around a figure or incorporating mediums often considered materials one does not mix, she finds the challenge and wonder in the differences of every piece being created. Her mask in acrylic and plaster is called "Dont Mask the Love."
