Item Description
Private White-Glove tour of Edna St. Vincent Millay's Steepletop for two. See the house, gardens, museum and writing cabin in a tour designed to meet your own interests. Executive Director/Curator Peter Bergman is your personal guide.
Steepletop is a historic house and garden museum chartered by the Department of Education of the State of New York. It was the last home of the Pulitzer Prize winning poet, Edna St. Vincent Millay who moved to the Berkshires from Manhattan in 1925 with her husband and who died in the house 25 years later. Open from Friday May 25 - Monday, October 15 for tours and special events. Other times by appointment only. This year we are adding a remarkable room to the house tour, one never seen before by the public. Visit www.millay.org for announcements and any schedule changes.
