Start your day at the Logan-Ives House at Long Meadow Ranch Winery & Farmstead with fresh coffee, fruit and pastries before setting out on your tour of the ranch’s operations.

Overlooking scenic Napa Valley in the Mayacamas Mountains, this exclusive experience provides the opportunity to explore the ranch both on foot and by vehicle, while taking in stunning views of the Napa Valley from the organically farmed vineyards and orchards.

At the winery, you will visit the wine cave and the frantoio, one of the few traditional olive oil mills in Napa County, before returning to the historic Logan-Ives House, a restored Gothic revival farmhouse built in 1874.

Upon arrival, guests will be treated to the ultimate seasonally inspired lunch paired with Long Meadow Ranch wines and extra virgin olive oils.

Frog’s Leap Winery Experience

Traveler’s will select a Frog’s Leap experience:

Traveler’s may select either the Avia Hyatt Napa Valley Hotel or the Napa Valley Marriott Hotel & Spa.

Certificates for these hotels are valid for up to 15 months from the date of purchase & are subject to availability.

Air Travel

This package includes two Economy Class Flight Certificates for round trip air travel within the 48 contiguous United States or Canada.

In lieu of the Flight Certificates, the recipients of this package may opt to select a gift card toward air travel on any airline and with no travel date restrictions.

Hotel Accommodation: This package includes a 3-night stay at the traveler’s choice of a participating Napa Valley Hyatt (Elite certificate) or Marriott (America’s Award Premier certificate) property, subject to the terms & conditions of the respective hospitality provider and subject to availability. “Napa Valley Dream Experience”: A minimum 48-hour advance reservation is required and there are a limited number of spaces available for this experience. Please allow 3 hours for this experience. Information on self-booking this experience will be included with your travel documents.

Frog’s Leap Winery Experience: This experience includes a gift card that is valid for either a Frog’s Leap wine tasting experience consisting of a flight of four wines or a small group tour of Frog’s Leap winery including tasting four current release wines.

Air Travel: Two American Airlines Flight Certificates are included with this package; recipients may select an air travel gift card in lieu of these Flight Certificates when submitting their Fulfillment Request.

Flight Certificates: Two American Airlines Flight Certificates that may be redeemed for air travel anywhere American Airlines flies within the 48 contiguous United States or Canada. AAdvantage miles may be earned in accordance with the terms and conditions of the AAdvantage frequent flyer program. Miles cannot be utilized to upgrade these Economy Class Flight Certificates to a higher level of service. These Flight Certificates have a one-year expiration date from the date issued and all ticketing is subject to availability. A minimum 14 day advanced booking is required as well as a destination stay of either 3 consecutive nights or a Friday or Saturday night stay. Flight Certificates cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. All air travel related taxes, fees and surcharges (if any) are the responsibility of the traveler.

Restricted dates of travel for the American Airlines Flight Certificates include:

For 2012: Jan 1-2; Feb 17-20; Mar 9-12, 16-18, 23-25; Apr 6-9; May 25-28; Jun 29-Jul 1, Jul 6-8; Nov 16-21, 24-26; Dec 21-24, Dec 28-31.

For 2013: Jan 1-2; Fed 15-18; Mar 8-11, 15-17, 22-24; Mar 29-Apr 1; May 24-27; Jul 3-7; Aug 30-Sep 2; Nov 22-27; Nov 30-Dec 2; Dec 20-23; Dec 27-31.

Air Travel Gift Cards: Travelers may choose either an $600 American Airlines gift card or a $550 American Express gift card toward the cost of round trip airfare including airport taxes, fees and surcharges (if any) up to the total value of the gift card. These gift cards are not subject to any restricted dates of travel and may be used toward the purchase of air travel in any class of service. Credit card points and/or airline miles may be used (for service class upgrades, baggage fees, peak travel periods, etc.) with the gift card according to the terms of those programs. These gift cards never expire, and have no service, maintenance or other fees. Travelers are responsible for air travel costs in excess of the gift card value.

Delivery:

1) Recipients should allow 30 days from the fundraising event date to receive their travel package Fulfillment Code.

2) The Fulfillment Code allows access to the PointsOfTravel.com website and is valid for one year from the fundraising event date. During this time, recipients may customize certain features of this package prior to submitting their Fulfillment Request.

3) Please allow ten business days after submitting the Fulfillment Request to receive the travel documents required for self-booking this package.

4) Travel package documents (flight certificates, hotel certificates, etc.) are valid for at least one year from the Fulfillment Request date (as determined by the respective service provider). Fulfillment Requests submitted in 2013 or later may be subject to an annual surcharge of up to $100 per person.

5) These Terms & Conditions are subject to change without notice and this package is subject to comparable substitutions of service providers prior to fulfillment without notice.

6) All packages will include instructions so the winning bidder will have no problem self-booking at their convenience.

7) All certificates, gift cards, vouchers, passes or tickets should be handled with care as they are the same as cash and are non-refundable or replaceable.
