Item Description

Cabot's Vermont cheddar has been judged the best in the world! Cabot Creamery is a 1,200+ farm family dairy cooperative with members in New England and upstate NY producing all natural, award-winning cheeses, including the "World's Best Cheddar", as well as a tasty variety of flavored cheddars. The winning bidder will enjoy a scrumptious selection of Cabot Cheeses, as follows:

Two pounds of Vintage Choice Cheese in Wax. Aged 18-24 months for a full-bodied, rich, nuanced flavor. The candidates for Vintage Choice are hand-selected from our very best, then tended up to two years ‘til they reach complete perfection.

One pound Private Stock Cheese in Wax.  Aged 16-18 Months. Smooth & refined Extra-Sharp. This is the one our farmer-owners give as gifts.

One pound Sharp White Cheese in Wax. Aged up to 8 months, Sharp cheddar is our most popular age. One taste of our Classic Sharp Cheddar and you'll understand why it's won more awards than any other cheddar.

8-ounce 50% Light Cheese bar. Cabot's Reduced Fat Cheddars keep winning in taste tests nationwide. Why? Because we know how to craft great cheddar. One 1-oz serving has just 70 calories & 4.5g fat.

8-ounce Sharp White Cheese Bar. Aged up to 8 months, this cheddar has a full, well-developed flavor with just the right degree of sharpness to satisfy real cheese lovers.

8-ounce Extra Sharp White Cheese Bar. Aged for 12 to 14 months, extra sharp has reached a flavor that separates Cabot from all other brands.

8-ounce Seriously Sharp White Cheese Bar. When Sharp goes awry, when Extra Sharp earns a pucker, Seriously Sharp is born. It never tastes the same from one batch to the next. It's a cult thing...the cheese we used to sell to hunters and truckers...on their way out of town.

The gift box also includes a wooden cutting board and embroidered apron.
