Item Description
This hand crafted basket made of birch bark was crafted by Bob Hoover of Detroit Lakes,MN. Bob was trained in this centuries-old art by Johan Hopstad of Boda, Norway. Historically these baskets have been used to store sewing supplies, to carry food, as picnic baskets and gift boxes. They are often handed down from generation to generation, and no two are exactly alike. Start a new family tradition today. The basket is approx 10" across and 4"-5" tall.
