Item Description

Chef Peter Glander, a native of Indiana, came to Knoxville as a young boy visiting his aunt who inspired his career. He eventually returned as Executive Chef of The Barn at Blackberry Farm.  He is a graduate of the Culinary Arts Institute in Hyde Park, NY and worked with Chef Gabriel Kreuther to open the Atelier at the Ritz-Carlton Central Park South and The Modern at the Modern Museum of Art in New York
City.   His resume includes tutelage by culinary stars Jean Georges
Vongerichten and Alice Waters.  Chef Glander is currently the Executive Chef at Ruby Tuesday, where he has been sharing his passion for simple, fresh, flavorful food.

 

With this package, Chef Glander will come to your home or event location and prepare dinner for eight guests.  He will work with you on a pre-planned menu and will supply the food (alcohol is not included.)  All you have to do is eat, enjoy, and share this Chef's wonderful skills with your friends and family.

Upon completion of the auction, the winning bidder’s credit card that was given at registration will be charged with the highest bid. The winning bidder will be mailed auction item within 7-14 days once payment is confirmed. The item will be mailed to the address that was provided at auction site registration unless specified otherwise.
