Item Description
Traditional pueblo pottery from New Mexico is prized worldwide. This authentic artist-signed seed pottery is designed in the brown, black, and white traditional colors and geometric patterns illustrating Mother Earth, the clouds, people, and 4 patterns indicating the 4 directions, according to the potter, David Paytiamo, of the Laguna and Acoma Pueblos.
His exquisite pottery has been purchased by collectors from Texas and all over the world, and featured on the set of the television series, Breaking Bad, on which he had a cameo role.
David Paytiamo is also a music programmer and part of the Native American Singing Wire Collective on KUNM. His on-air name is "The Iceman."
The dimensions of this beautiful Pueblo seed pottery: 10-3/4" tall x 12-1/2" wide with a 3-1/4" opening.
This pottery will also be available for in-person inspection and bidding at the LIVE auction event on December 1st, where you can also meet the potter.
Item Special Note
After the auction closes, items will be shipped to the winning bidder and actual shipping charges (including insurance) will be added to the total bid, unless bidder chooses pickup options listed in your winning bid confirmation at the close of the auction.
