Item Description
Your friends will jump at the chance to join you at this incredible whole hog feast for up to eight people at DBGB Kitchen and Bar, Daniel Boulud’s bustling downtown tavern. The sure-to-be-memorable meal will feature a whole slow-roasted suckling pig served family-style alongside sides such as Brussels sprouts with smoked bacon, roasted root vegetables with apples, bitter greens with garlic vinaigrette, and a potato–leek gratin. The dinner will be accompanied by craft beer pairings selected by beer sommelier Hayley Jensen.
