The winning bidder will have a Metabolic Assessment conducted by Full Circle Fitness Owner/Trainer Troy Baacke.

Troy Baacke explains:  Metabolic Assessment Testing allows you to know how many calories your body metabolizes or burns in a single day through a simple breathing test. If your goal is to lose weight then it is essential to know how many calories YOUR body burns. Imagine having a 5 gallon bucket and adding 5 1/2 gallons of water to it. What happens? The bucket overflows. The same is true with adding food to your body. If your Metabolic threshold is 2500 calories and you eat 3000 what happens?  You gain weight. 3500 calories equals one pound so if you exceed your metabolic threshold by 500 calories each day then in one week you will have gained one pound. 

The upside is this: if you know your threshold is 2500 calories per day and you omit 500 calories each day then you will lose one pound in a week. It may not sound like much but after 6 months you will have lost 25 pounds. When it comes to weight loss, Metabolic Assessment is essential.

TROY BAACKE can best be described as a results oriented professional with a no-nonsense approach to his personal training.   He is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist and  Fitness Nutrition Specialist.

Troy utilizes a scientific approach to assessing a client's muscular development and  movement patterns. He develops specific training programs that cater to a client's needs and abilities; ensuring safe and effective results. He has a vast knowledge of anatomy and physiology and works closely with medical professionals to provide the highest level of care to his clients.

As a Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Troy provides nutritional guidance for weight management strategies and proper fitness nutrition. He also utilizes Metabolic Testing to help clients achieve optimum results through their diet.
