The Praying Mantis are not included. You will be provided the information on how to order those with this kit. You may find them available at your local gardening center or pet store. Praying Mantis egg cases are generally available from January through April (or while supplies last). Praying Mantis hatch in 3 to 6 weeks. It is recommended that owners release most or all the nymph mantises into the outdoors upon hatching (one or two may be keep separately to raise as pets).

Winning bidders located outside of McLean, VA shall be responsible for shipping and handling fees of this item from McLean to winning bidder‘s location. Item may be shipped at standard industry rates via United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service, at Chesterbrook PTA‘s discretion. Such fees will be added to the winning bid amount when the auction closes.
