One-on-one personal training allows us to give you our undivided attention. Before we begin anything physical we spend time getting to know you, your personality, your goals, and your limits. This is the first step in a process called the Right Fit™ Assessment. This measurement of your personal aspirations allows us to construct the perfect regimen for you, built from the ground up. The second step in the Assessment begins to test your physical limits. We’ll have you go through a handful of static and dynamic movements to measure where our starting point is. These measurements are not only useful for building your fitness plan, but also to visualize the improvements we’ll see in the future. Your personal trainer will work you through the program that was built specifically for you and your goals. You’ll have the great opportunity to feel and see yourself physically improving over time. We believe, and we regularly see, that the improvements our training programs produce go more than skin deep. As long as we establish dedication and consistency, you’re guaranteed to produce a better you.

- Winner must call to schedule Right Fit Assessment by June 1, 2013 unless otherwise discussed with Orange Shoe. Appointments may be cancelled without penalty at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Each session not cancelled by the 24 hour deadline will result in forfeiture of the session.
