The Energy Leadership Index Assessment (ELI) is an attitudinal assessment that quantifies the way an individual perceives and approaches work and life, and reacts to different circumstances and experiences.

Wanda has more than 25 years of professional experience working with executives in organizations ranging from small entrepreneurial start-ups to major corporations. She has been involved in major change initiatives within those organizations and understands the critical elements needed for lasting change, including strategic and timely communications.

An accomplished communications professional, Wanda is a compelling writer, public speaker and workshop leader. Her communications skills also serve as a valuable resource for both business executives and individuals, guiding clients in creating effective communications to support them in achieving their goals.

She earned her B.S. in Education at the University of Maine and was certified by the Centre for Sustainability and Excellence as a Corporate Social Responsibility Practitioner. She is a graduate of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, one of the most comprehensive coaching programs in the U.S.  Wanda has been designated as a Certified Professional Coach, and an Energy Leadership Index, Master Practitioner (ELI-MP).
