Item Description
Beautiful ash splint basket, made by Liz Charlebois (2013), while demonstrating at Mt. Kearsarge Indian Museum. Liz is MKIM's Director of Education, and is an accomplished Abenaki basketmaker. Pink and blue dyed highlights. Sweetgrass woven into top of lid, and bundled around edge of lid. 2.5" high, 3" diameter. Signed and dated.
