My name is Emma Bates and granola is my passion.  I work hard to provide you with delicious granola made with only the best ingredients.  All of my flavors are made with gluten free and vegan ingredients, but you won't miss anything because they are filled with plump dried fruit, crunchy nuts and toasted oats.  Each flavor is hand blended and then lightly baked to seal in the delicious taste.  You can find my current flavors, including seasonal offerings in my store.

Courser Farm has been in the family for over 100 years and has put over 1200 acres under conservation.  Right now the land is used to grow corn, pumpkins and a variety of fruits and vegetables.  In the spring the Maple trees are tapped for maple syrup which I use in my granola.  The fields are mowed for hay in the summer and the wood lots provide cord wood in the winter.

I hope you will try some of my award winning granola and please contact me with any questions.
