Couture gown inspired by Arthur G. Dove's Red Sun, as seen in the Tampa Museum of Art's recent exhibition - To See as Artists See: American Art from the Phillips Collection.
Item Special Note
Designed by Melinda Alderman, USF School of Theater and Dance.
Melinda Alderman’s design features an orange silk shantung “sun” with layers of gray chiffon that have been sunburst custom pleated in New York. The train can also be “bustled” for a shorter version.
Labor time: 66 hours
May be altered to fit sizes 8-14.
