Nestled between the wilderness reserves of Mkuze, Hluhluwe and St Lucia, and home to a wide variety of game, from the majestic elephant to rhino, buffalo, hippo, giraffe, the shy and beautiful Nyala buck that is endemic to the region and the secretive leopard. While getting up close with some of the bigger game, we must remember the smaller bush creatures, such as warthogs, mongoose, genets, porcupines and the ever-mischievous monkeys. The 4500 acre reserve is home to over 40 different species of animals and a munificence of birdlife.
