Professional Legal Estate Planning or elder law services by Atty. Ben Adams:
The estate planning services will include one or more office conferences, as necessary, to evaluate the legal estate planning needs of a single person or couple with either mutual children or no children. Documents, for one or two persons, to be prepared may include Last Will and Testament, Durable Power of Attorney for financial affairs, Living Will or Health Care Power of Attorney document, Wisconsin Marital Property Agreement (as needed). Also included is evaluation of any existing estate planning documents, consideration of Federal income and estate tax and Wisconsin income and estate tax concerns, but does not include nursing home planning issues.
Note: an in-depth long term care/nursing home asset protection consultation may be substituted for the estate planning services.

Benjamin M. Adams is a shareholder with the Neenah firm of Adams and Woodrow, S.C. He recieved his law degree, cum laude, from Marquette University in 1985. He has been in private law practice in Neenah where a significant portion of his practice relates to Elder Law, Guardianship and alternatives to Guardianship, and estate planning. Mr. Adams is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and past Chair of the Elder Law Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin.
