Item Description
David Chang's, Momofuku Noodle Bar was the first momofuku restaurant. It serves ramen and a roster of dishes that changes with the seasons. Fried chicken is Momofuku Noodle Bars large format meal, which feeds 4-8 people - includes two whole fried chickens, one Southern style and one Korean style, along with mu shu pancakes, baby carrots, red ball radishes, bibb lettuce, four sauces and an herb basket.
Guests are encouraged to eat as they please, from making wraps with the pancakes to eating the chicken straight up. The Southern style chicken is fried with a buttermilk and old bay batter. The Korean style chicken is triple-fried and served with a light spicy glaze.
Fried chicken dinner offered Sunday to Thursday 5:30pm, 6 and 10pm. Friday and Saturday, 5:30, 6, 10, 11:45 and 11:55pm.
The fried chicken lunch is weekdays at 12, 1, 2 and 3 pm, and on Saturday and Sunday, 12, 1, and 2 pm.
