Shozo Nagano (1928 – 2008) is a Japanese-born artist from Kanazawa, a city on the northern coast of Honshu island and studied at Kanazawa Fine Arts University during the chaotic days of Occupied Japan. Shozo spent time in Toyko, Santiago (Chile), New York and Brooklyn and his final years in Jim Thorpe, PA.
His work is in many collections including the James Michener collection, the Citicorp collection in NY and the collection of actors Cary Grant and Steve Martin.
