Item Description
Established in 1888, the Potatuck Club is a private fish and game club on 250 acres in Sandy Hook, Connecticut, just east of Danbury where the pristine Potatuck River flows. This bucolic stream is amply stocked with brook, brown, and rainbow trout; and additional brookies and browns breed on a 2.5 mile portion of the river. The fishing is excellent, fishable by 3-, 4-, or 5-weight rods. Museum Trustee Richard Tisch will host two rods with lunch and wine during the 2014 season.
