After graduating from the University of Montreal in 1976, Diane was a student at L’Ecole Des Beaux Arts in Paris. Since then, she has combined a career in teaching and painting and now lives on Vancouver Island in British Columbia. A contemporary style, vibrant palette and unique perspective characterize her paintings.
Currently Diane’s work is on display at the Cascapedia River Museum, several galleries, numerous fly shops and is also available through her online gallery. Original watercolors, limited edition prints and commissions have been shipped worldwide to private collectors, sporting magazines and lodges eager to display her work, including material selected to decorate 41 luxury suites at the Aspen Grand Hyatt. Recently, Diane was invited to participate in “A Graceful Rise” by the American Museum of fly fishing, Manchester VT, chronicling women’s contributions in fly fishing. For the past 8 yrs Diane has provided artwork to accompany the editorial in Fly Fusion magazine.
