Executive Coach, Kenna Baudin: 

A highly regarded Executive Coach and mentor, Kenna Baudin has an innate ability to connect people, thoughts and ideas. Kenna works with individuals and teams to assist them in recognizing and optimizing their talents, skills and values, inspiring them to live their best lives and achieve success personally and professionally.  She has a particular focus on Career Transition, Talent Development and Private Equity Navigation for Executives.

Kenna brings a unique approach to executive coaching as she most recently served as Head of Private Equity at J. Safra Asset Management, investing on behalf of Joseph Safra, founder of Safra National Bank and Grupo Safra (Brazil). Prior, Kenna was a Director at 3i plc, an international investment firm with $20Bn AUM.  She was founding member of the US team where she headed the North American Business Leaders Network, a network of seasoned executives that worked with 3i on a broad range of operational and strategic issues. 

Throughout her career, Kenna has worked on both the deal execution side of the business and collaborated with management teams on ongoing strategic, financial, operating and human capital issues. 

Over the course of her career, she has served as a coach to a range of individuals from recent graduates and MBA candidates to C-suite executives.   âÂÂ?ÂÂ?Kenna received her Masters in Business Administration with Second Year Honors from Harvard Business School and earned a bachelor of science in economics, cum laude, from The Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania.  She serves as the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Trustees of a charter school and is a guest lecturer at Columbia Business School.  Kenna has also trained as an executive coach under the tutelage of the Master Coach from Center Of Excellence, a 30+year international coaching practice.
