Item Description
Rebecca is a New York-based international nature, travel, and nonprofit photographer. She's also a creative principal at the top of the photo production world. Over a billion people globally have seen her work.
Rebecca's love for exploration has taken her to 36 countries. Today she spends a month abroad annually photographing for nonprofits with limited budgets at reduced rates or pro bono. She's partnered with Nobel Peace Prize-winning Muhammad Yunus’ Grameen Foundation in East Africa, UNICEF in Jordan, shooting Syrian refugees, several nonprofits in Brazil's favelas, and Opus Award-winning St. Luke's Foundation in Haiti, for whom she is now an Ambassador.
As a creative principal, Rebecca founded a photo production company in 2000. She has been on the creative team for projects for multiple Grammy and Academy Award-winning artists, global advertising campaigns for brands like Pepsi, and her work has been seen on TV shows like Oprah. She has been published countless times, working with Vogue, Vanity Fair, Elle, Harper’s Bazaar, Allure, Interview Magazine, Flaunt, and French and American Photo.
Rebecca was born in Germany, raised in the midwest, and has lived in Los Angeles, and San Francisco. She’s guest lectured at New York University and the Academy of Art University, San Francisco.
