Hotel;
If hotels listed are not available for the dates selected a hotel of equal quality will be used as a substitute.

Car Rental;
Collision Damage Waiver (with an excess/deductible), theft protection insurance, location fee of €30, road fund tax, sales tax at 13.5%, unlimited free mileage, third party liability insurance, 24 hour peace of mind break down cover.

Airfare;
A Saturday night stay is required. Travel is available from any of the 48 contiguous United States to Ireland, subject to availability. Miles cannot be utilized to upgrade these coach class certificates to a higher level of service. Airfare taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. The following blackout dates apply: November 21-29, December 19-January 3. Any airport departure taxes, fees or fuel surcharges (if charged) are the responsibility of the purchaser. Ground transportation is not included in this package. Travel must be booked within 12 months from date of purchase. Reservations are subject to availability. All packages have a no refund policy. Suggested retail value is calculated using tariff air rates.

Package Redemption;
Your auction package redemption voucher will be emailed to you. Please allow 3 weeks for your redemption voucher to be delivered from the time payment is processed. You will need your redemption voucher number when contacting our concierge department to book your travel. Travel needs to be booked within one year and travelled within two years. Travel must be booked a minimum of 60 days in advance and reservations are subject to availability. All certificates should be handled with care as they are the same as cash and non-refundable. Auction packages cannot be resold.
