Southwest Airlines Two Roundtrip Airline Tickets "Green Passes"

These tickets are good for roundtrip transportation only on Southwest-operated, published, scheduled service within the continental United States.

The tickets may not be used for travel on itineraries that combine flights with other carriers and will expire 9/30/2016.

2. Open itinerary! 
3. Open name (anyone can use, must have valid ID of course). 
4. Flights with connections ARE allowed! 
5. You will make your own reservations by calling SWA and informing the agent that you have a "green must ride pass"! 
6. If there are seats not sold, YOU WILL FLY!! 
7. No 14-day or 7-day advance purchase necessary! 
8. Great for last-minute travel…even valid on Christmas Day / New Years Day! 
9. No security fees, everything is included! 

  1. Rules and Regulations-You are responsible for reading and following all rules and regulations printed on the back of the pass.
  2. Select your travel dates and make your reservations by calling 1-800-I FLY SWA (435-9792). Tell the Reservations Agent you are traveling on a "Green NRMR Pass." Be sure to write down your confirmation (recored locator) number because you will need it to check-in.
  3. Travel must be completed within the valid dates. NOTE: Green Passes cannot be exchanged, extended, or reissued.
  4. One (1) roundtrip Green Pass has five coupons. Coupons one and three are for your depature flight(s), coupons two and four are transfer passes, and the fifth is your passenger receipt. Please do not separate these coupons from the passenger receipt copy; otherwise, you could be denied boarding. The Customer Service Agent will fill in and separate them or help you with this if needed, at the Ticket Counter or Gate.
  5. Please arrive at the airport at least one hour before your flight's departure time. Some airports recommend more that one hour, you can check online at southwest.com for the recommdended time allowances per airport. Allow yourself plenty of time to find parking and to check-in for your flight.  Failure to check-in at least 10 minutes prior to departure could result in your reservation being cancelled so that Southwest can accomodate standby passengers.
  6. You must bring your Green Pass with you to the airport on the day of travel.
  7. You may check-in online up to 24 hours to your flight to reserve your boarding group letter and number and obtain an online security document. However, you must present your Green Pass at either our ticket counter or curbside check-in locations to retrieve your actual boarding pass. We anticipate more refinements to these procedures, and urge you to always stay apprised of current federal requirements pertaining to security measures in our nation's airports. 
  8. Please note that there is no refund or replacement on a pass, even if it is lost, stolen, or destroyed.'
  9. Green Passes may not be sold for cash at any time.
  10. Green passes have not cash value and may not be exchanged for cash or other monetary consideration; the cannot be sold, refunded, or used toward payment other tickets.

Attendees will also be be able to continue bidding on-site using their mobile device. THERE WILL NOT BE A PAPER BID SHEET FOR THESE ITEMS. Bidding on these items will run from Aug 22, 2015 until the close of the silent auction on Sept 12 at 5pm.
