A modern and private four-bedroom villa high in the hills above Vence in the French Riviera is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle on the streets and beaches below. This two-level home has two bedrooms on each floor with wheelchair accessibility. 

From April 1 to October 15, the infinity pool provides a private alternative to the beaches below and the indoor fireplace will provide extra warmth in the winter months. The outdoor barbeque affords you an opportunity to put on your chef’s hat to enjoy the local fish and produce. Don’t think about lifting a finger – cleaners and gardeners maintain the property throughout the week.

The stone façade is charming and the large glass windows lining the home drench the villa in sunlight. Inside, the well-appointed kitchen has excellent counter space combining modern design and functionality. Throughout the home, the walls are painted white with colorful, modern art adorning the walls. A unique touch is the colorful display of typewriters on the office walls.

With four king size bedrooms, the villa sleeps eight. Every air-conditioned bedroom boasts a king size bed and modern en-suite bathroom with a glass shower and/or bathtub.

An easy ten-minute drive gets you to the town of Vence, a classic and bustling Provençal village that draws art lovers from around the world. A twenty-minute drive gets you to Cagnes sur Mer home of Renoir’s estate, Les Collettes. And 90 minutes away you will find the Greolieres ski slopes, the closest to the coast.
