Provincetown, with its famed restaurants, galleries, and people-watching, is 15 minutes away. Ballston Beach, considered by many to be the most beautiful beach on the outer Cape, is just a half-mile down the road. Fresh water ponds, cranberry bogs, and bike paths are all nearby.

The huge, fully equipped, eat-in kitchen is designed for entertaining, with all new stainless steel gourmet appliances, DCS range, two dishwashers, granite countertops and gorgeous solid cherry cabinets.
