Item Description

This bright, sunny, tastefully renovated 1700s house with private patio, pool and exquisite views to the Mediterranean is situated in the charming medieval village of Roquessels, nestled among the vineyards near the wonderfully historic towns of Pezenas and Béziers. The house has two bedrooms upstairs, one with private balcony, both with southerly views. The open concept living and dining rooms and the kitchen open directly onto the patio and private pool area.

Located in the beautiful Languedoc region, just 1/2-hour's drive from the beaches and fishing villages of the Mediterranean, this is quintessential wine country with rolling hills, tree-lined roads and vineyards as far as the eye can see. Shop in the colorful outdoor markets, enjoy top notch local fare in area restaurants or savour the fresh bounty of the Mediterranean sea and the flavors of the local wines and olive oil on the patio. Relax in true Mediterranean style, or keep busy with hiking, cycling, sightseeing, kayaking or golfing.
