Art Prize is an open international art competition with hundreds of entrees displayed or produced in many different venues held each fall in Grand Rapids. It is judged by public vote and an expert jury. It is free and open to the public. It is a major "happening". Art Prize 2016 is September 21 to October 9.
This is a fully furnished 3 bedroom, three bath standalone condominium is southeast Grand Rapids (Cascade). Available for four consecutive days between 9/27 and 10/2.
The condominium is a private home and the donors are generously opening it up for TWO long weekend stays (look for the other listing for additional dates).
It has a Master bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom, a guest bedroom with a queen bed, a guest room with twin beds, guest bathrooms on both levels, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a long living/dining room, a large family room, large den, deck with gas grill, and a two car garage.
It is about two miles from I 96 and about 15 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes from Meijer Gardens in normal traffic. There will be special bus service from many outlying parking areas during Art prize to make getting downtown easier.
This condo is not for rent, you will be staying in the second home of the donors. As such, arrangements for getting the key will need to be made between the donors and the highest bidder.
