Item Description
A bottle each of St. Francis Winery & Vineyards:
2013 Zinfandel: This garnet hued Zinfandel is crafted from hand-picked grapes farmed in the warm, well-drained soils of Sonoma County's Dry Creek Valley. The finished blend is a lush harmony of blackberry, boysenberry and Bing cherry, complemented by cracked pepper and spice nuances typical of Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel.
2013 My Father's Vineyard Old Vines Zinfandel: This old-vine Zinfandel offers aromas of fresh-picked berries with bright flavors of cranberry chutney and raspberry. A nicely structured Zinfandel with notes of warm baking spices and a “long, lush finish.”
2012 Cabernet Sauvignon: Grippy in tobacco and dark cherry, this affordable, well-distributed Cab delivers a lot to like, from its medium weight to soft, integrated tannins. Enjoyable now, it'll stand up to big, rich foods and please a wide range of palates.
Also included in this lot: A wine & cheese paring for two guests at St. Francis Winery & Vineyards!
