Item Description
Blackouts Photo by p. Ernesto Aquino
This is a 20x30 Framed and Matted Artwork by p Ernesto Aquino Titled Blackouts.
In a blink of an eye, my world goes dark. One moment I am okay, and then next I am not. As I gain back consciousness everything starts to go from dark to light. As my mind and my eyes begin to focus the picture of life goes from darkness to bright light before becoming clear. This picture reminds me of all those times when my world goes dark, then back to light. My name is p. Ernesto Aquino, I am a retired Marine Gunny Sergeant who has learned to cope with Post-Traumatic Stress and traumatic brain injury through photography and woodturning.
Blackouts Photo was Taken at Fort Carson with fresh snow during his initial coping with Post-Traumatic Stress and Traumatic Brain Injury.
Item Special Note
A handwritten dedication letter from Ernesto Aquino, attached to back of picture, will be written, signed, and sealed post auction.
