Join Trish Castraberti in her Wenham kitchen to cook up a storm, drink a little vino and learn some of the Castraberti family recipes. Trish is the owner of Prince Restaurant in Saugas. You, and four guests, can choose three dishes from a long list of favorites including:
. Italian Fritatta
. Shrimp Scampi
. Chicken Soup with Escarole
. Italian Fish Stew
. Panzanella salad Italian style
. Plum tomato basil with angel hair (learn to make in under 30 minutes!)
. Stuffed Meatloaf
. Gnocchi with tomato cream sauce
. Orecchiette with sausage & broccoli rabe
. Halibut with burre blanc
. Chicken cacciatore
Item Special Note
Will work with you to accomodate dietary restrictions.
There will be lots of leftovers so you'll bring food home!
Subject to mutually agreeable time and date. Limited to 5 guests. Menu choices must be made one week prior to date. Gather your Pingree peeps and start bidding!

Trish Castraberti is parent of Lily '20 and Andrew '08 and owns Prince Restaurant in Saugus with her husband, Steven. Most of the cooking Trisha does is at home where she enjoys entertaining friends and family. She has learned much of her cooking from her mother Louise and her mother-in-law, Rose Marie and also from her many travels to Italy. The Castraberti family are hosts of their annual Feast of the Seven Fishes, which everything is home made.
