Pig In a Pickle's Damon Stainbrook will deliver the best BBQ in the Bay Area, using only fresh, local ingredients and the finest brisket, pork, ribs, and chicken available. Everything is made from scratch from the buns to the rubs, pickles, sausage, and sauces! Damon worked in a variety of capacities at high-end restaurants, most recently as sous chef under Thomas Keller at The French Laundry.
