Contributed to the Massachusetts Broadcasters Hall of Fame auction by Hall of Fame Immediate Past President Don Kelley, we have for the high bidder a pair of Loge Box seats to the Boston Red Sox vs. New York Yankees game, on Sunday, August 5, at Fenway Park, Boston, including admission to the Royal Rooters Club. The game will begin either at 1 pm or at 8 pm. If it begins at 8 pm, it will be seen everywhere on tielevision as the "Game of the Week."
If this final Fenway Park series against the Yankees is anything like the first 2018 series the two teams played in Boston, then you're in for a real treat!!!
The seats are at Loge Box 155, Row EE, seats 5 and 6 on the aisle. Great view. Admission to the Royal Rooters Restaurant and Museum are included.
The Red Sox will most likely be in the pennant race this year, and the dreaded Bronx Bombers, the New York Yankees, are in town! YOU CERTAINLY WILL WANT TO BE THERE!!!
Oh, by the way, the Massachusetts Broadcasters Hall of Fame in 2017 inducted into its hallowed halls Red Sox TV analyst Jerry Remy; in 2015, the Hall inducted Joe Castiglione, the long-time radio voice of the Red Sox; and in 2011, we inducted the fabulous Dick Flavin, a long-time Boston television personality, a part-time stadium public address announcer for the Sox, and the team's official "Poet Laureate!"
