Personal Bio:

Danielle was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. She studied classical piano performance in her undergraduate program at San Francisco State where she received her Bachelor of Music degree in 2012. Danielle had received a scholarship which required her to accompany several ensembles including the Women’s Choir and chamber ensembles. Her experience inspired her to pursue further studies in piano accompaniment at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, in Glasgow. She completed the 2 year study program in 1 year which earned her a Master of Music degree in Accompaniment in 2013.

She has always been musically inspired, playing flute and piccolo in her high school band and singing as a cantor for church liturgies as well as multiple choirs. She had the rare opportunity to sing solo at the Vatican’s St. Peter’s Cathedral in Rome. Alongside her piano studies, she continued singing in college taking private voice lessons. At the Royal Conservatoire Danielle chose to pursue voice as a secondary study.

She has accompanied numerous instrumental recitals and performances, and had the good fortune to perform with Fred Lifsitz, the violinist for the well known Alexander String Quartet at a charity event in San Francisco. Danielle was invited to perform for a Robert Burns charity event hosted by the Robert Burns Club. While attending San Francisco State University, Danielle worked as an accompanist and singer for the University of San Francisco's St. Ignacius choir. She also performed as a substitute for other church choirs in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Danielle spends her summers in Northern California where she runs the piano program at Cazadero Performing Arts Camp. She's been the director of the piano studio since 2009 and has grown the program exponentially. She truly enjoys working with her students while surrounded by the beauty of nature.
