Item Description

15 year old Julianna Kepler has always been a creative go getter.  At the age of 13 she opened her own  business called Nabelles for Kids where she creates creative products for kids such as slime, essential oil play dough, and fun shaped crayons.  

She shares her creative talents by teaching kids art classes at Serendipity Road in downtown Midland and kids night at Cottage Creamery thus the inspiration and name of her sculpture Sweet Serendipity!

All bids shall be treated as offers made to purchase, as is, where is, with all faults
& no warranties, expressed or implied, of any kind.

Payment must be made, in full prior to pickup/removal. 

Purchased property must be picked up/removed from the auction site within 5 business days of the auction. Property not picked up within ten (10) days of the auction, will result in the assessment of a $20.00 per day charge. After ten (10) days the property ownership shall revert to the City of Midland/DDA.
