Item Description

Prepare for a magical evening that you and three guests will never forget with one of the Friends of the National Arboretum's Full Moon Experiences! You can spy spring in action during a Full Moon Hike, a two-hour brisk walk covering roughly three miles of the Arboretum's moonlit gardens, meadows, and woods. Your guide will share specially chosen points of interest and seasonal highlights. If you're looking for a slower pace with more intention, you can join certified nature and forest therapy guides for a Full Moon Forest Bathing. In the two-hour program, the guides will lead you through invitations: sensory and interactive experiences to reap the healing gifts of nature. Relax deeply, raise your mood, immune system, and sense of coherency. Reconnect with the earth's beauty and wisdom. For 2020 Full Moon dates and more information, visit www.fona.org.
