Item Description
Title: Crepuscular Time on South Branch Pond (2019)
Artist: Lindsay Hancock
Medium: Oil on Board
Dimensions: 24” x 30”
This painting was created for Greenhut Galleries’ Maine themed 40th Anniversary juried show in 2019 entitled Maine: The Way Life Is. The curator asked each artist to choose a place in Maine to paint that is meaningful, memorable, and one that calls you back – and South Branch Pond at the northern tip of Baxter State Park is one of these special places.
Item Special Note
Lindsay’s work is currently on view at Greenhut Galleries as part of the 10th Biennial Portland Show. She proudly serves as a trustee on the Portland Stage Company Board and finds time to make art when she is not working as a grant writer for several nonprofits in Maine.
