Item Description
12" Dia. Woodenware by Paul Loftness. This plate was originally gifted to a business in Westby, WI to demonstrate the Norwegian heritage of the area. When the business closed, the plate was returned to the artist. Phrase around the border reads, "Life is not a cup to be drained, but a chalice to be filled." Signed and dated by artist, 2008. Hook on back for wall mounting. Artist: Jean Giese, Vesterheim Gold Medal rosemaler.
