Item Description
Only 100 of these prints IN EXISTENCE. Showcase this SFA watercolor print of the Stephen F. Austin statue fountain in your home, office, etc. to celebrate SFA's 100th Birthday! Fun fact: Due to a dramatic stance and flowing water, this iconic statue is affectionately known as "Surfin' Steve." In 1983, the Student Government Association proposed the idea for a statue to commemorate the state's sesquicentennial celebration. From over 180 entries, Richard MacDonald's statue was chosen. This statue was unveiled in 1986.
