Please be careful to safeguard document.  It cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.  Original certificate must be presented at the time of check-in.

Due to high holiday demands and vacation Owners utilizing their vacations, this certificate is not available for usage during these timeframes:  December 19- January 3, Easter Sunday and the 5 days both prior and after, and President's Day and the 5 days both prior and after.

Advanced reservations are required because accommodations are based on availability.  Due to the overwhelming popularity of Marriott Vacation Club, Sheraton Vacation Club and Westin Vacation Club resorts, we recommend that you make your reservations as soon as possible.

Terms and Conditions:

• award is valid only at the Marriott Vacations Worldwide listed on the back of the certificate and not valid at any Marriott, Sheraton or Westin hotels or its affiliates.

• This certificate may be used for luxurious villa accomodations. The Reservation Coordinator will provide availability at a resort based on the guest's travel plans.  Length of stay restrictions may apply based on season.
• All food, beverage, parking, room/villa service  charges, other taxes, or other incidental expenses will be paid by the guest.
• Certificates are not redeemable for cash in whole or in part.
• Certificates are not replaceable, if lost, stolen, destroyed or expired. 
• Certificates cannot be re-issued for any remaining nights not used.
• Guest must present and surrender the top portion of the Villa Vacation Experience certificate at check in. 
• Certificate expiration date cannot be extended.
• Certificate is not transferable and not for use at another event.
• Owner listed inventory is restricted from certificate redemption.
