Napa Valley Yoga Center -- THREE Yoga Sessions + ONE 50 min massage

Join the fun and flow at the Napa Valley Yoga Center. Regardless of whether you are a practiced yogi, or interested to try something new and healing for your body, NVYC is where it's at. 

Our spacious main yoga room, Lotus Room, is filled with natural light. Lotus Room features rope walls and a variety of top quality props. Our intimate smaller yoga room, Studio Be, features a cushioned floor ideal for yoga practice.

We always provide yoga mats, props (bolsters, blankets, blocks, straps, and more), hand towels, and filtered water free of charge. The mission for Napa Valley Yoga Center is to expand the community for yoga, meditation, and wellness for the residents and visitors of Napa Valley.

Try a class for beginners, choose Hatha or Vinyasa, chair yoga, prenatal for soon to be mamas, or even an energetic HIIT yoga class with Courtney Willis.

Anything you are looking for you will find here at NVYC, and you'll have 3 sessions to play with.

Find the right fit, or be flexible and try them all, you'll find excellent instructors and a wonderful community at Napa Valley Yoga Center. 

When you've found yourself a bit sore from all this juicy movement arrange a private 50 minute massage with Courtney Willis.  She will stretch and lengthen you out, realx you, and bring the good energy in with her strong hands and intuitive massage.

Item Special Note

Winning bidders located in Northern California may pick up their items in Napa at a location and date to be arranged -- details will be emailed to winning bidders. Items not picked up by March 8, 2024, will be mailed to the winning bidder, and purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. (Note that we will automatically mail gift cards and gift certificates for free -- no need to pick those up.)

Items purchased by bidders residing outside of Northern California will be shipped on or around Tuesday, February 6, 2024, unless you tell us that you wish to pick up your item. Purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. (Gift cards and gift certificates ship for free.) Please contact us at sbspcauction@gmail.com by February 5 if you plan to pick up your auction winnings.

Stone Bridge School and SBS Parent Council are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
