A Thanksgiving dinner by Blossom Catering for 12 people

The lucky winner of this lot receives a full Thanksgiving dinner for 12 (including all the sides) picked up the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, which can be reheated for dinner on Thursday.

With a click of a few buttons, take the pressure off of your holiday meal preparations and let Blossom Catering deliver a beautifully crafted meal to your front door.

On the day of, pop the items into your oven (and pop some bubbles into your glass) and enjoy a 5-star Thanksgiving meal without all the chopping, peeling, boiling, and cleaning.

Menu items are packaged in family-style containers ready to heat. Serve directly from the pans or re-plate the food and let everyone think you made it from scratch yourself! Specific heating instructions will be included.

Menu items are available à la carte and available for pick up or delivery. 

Pick-up at our kitchen in Napa or schedule a delivery directly with our staff closer to the date (check website for including delivery areas).

The Joel Gott Wines 2022 California Sauvignon Blanc has aromas of white peach, honeydew melon, guava and passionfruit with citrus notes. On the palate, the wine opens with tropical fruit flavors followed by crisp, refreshing acidity on the mid-palate and notes of tangerine and grapefruit on the long, clean balanced finish.

Robert Sinskey Vineyards, 2016 Pinot Noir, Four Vineyards, Carneros, Napa Valley, 1.5L - 1 Bottle

An elegant and refined RSV Pinot. The Four Vineyards is a select Pinot Noir from RSV’s four organically farmed Napa/Carneros vineyards. It maintains exceptional focus from the first sip to the last, as delicate aromas and flavors are bright and fresh throughout. Hints of rose, violet, blood orange peel and sage lead to an explosive mid-pallet, rich with raspberry, black cherry and red currant or tart Santa Rosa plum. The finish reveals a harmonious frame of cinnamon, clove and nutmeg, rounded out by a touch of vanilla and earth notes that reflect Los Carneros terroir. The wine is generous now in its youth, but has a pristine energy to suggest it will age gracefully in the cellar for a decade and beyond.

Groth Vineyards and Winery 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon, Oakville, Napa Valley, 1.5L - 1 bottle

The 2020 Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon captivates with layered aromatics of black raspberry, blueberry cream pie, and brioche underscored with black spice, anise and wet stone. Each return to the glass reveals greater intricacy and depth. The dynamic palate opens with a wave of red currant and a lift of tart cherry, bright fruit interplaying with fine melted tannins, an underpinning of graphite and dusty earth ringing long on the finish.

Winning bidders located in Northern California may pick up their items in Napa at a location and date to be arranged -- details will be emailed to winning bidders. Items not picked up by March 8, 2024, will be mailed to the winning bidder, and purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs.

Items purchased by bidders residing outside of Northern California will be shipped (if possible) on or around Tuesday, February 6, 2024, unless you tell us that you wish to pick up your item. Purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. Please contact us at sbspcauction@gmail.com by February 5 if you plan to pick up your auction winnings.
