Item Description
This is good for a 2-hour design consultation, residential addition/remodel, with Van Hoesen Design. Owner Kendyl is a Capri mom.
Kendyl graduated from Lehigh University with a B.A. in Architecture. She went on to practice at New York City’s Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF), one of the world’s pre-eminent modern architecture firms. Upon realizing her longing to return to residential design, she continued her professional training with Fairfax & Sammons Architects, one of New York’s leading traditional firms. She has worked on projects in Manhattan, the Hamptons, Adirondack Mountains, North Carolina, Los Angeles, Rancho Palos Verdes, Laguna Beach, Cardiff-by-Sea, Del Mar and Encinitas. Kendyl and her family relocated to Encinitas in 2019 where she now practices. With her classical training and affinity for modern efficiencies, she brings a unique and distinct perspective to Southern California. Kendyl is an associate member of the American Institute of Architects and a contributing member of the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art.

Item pick up will be at Capri Elementary week of March 11th, 2024 from 1pm - 3pm. Any unclaimed item after June 15 becomes property of Capri Elementary Auction Committee.
Bidder is responsible for Shipping and Handling fee and any additional insurance, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Bidder may be billed separately for shipping charges depending on the item and location. Items will be shipped via USPS and billed at standard industry rates. Capri Elementary School Auction will only ship within the United States. No PO Boxes and no C.O.D.
