The specific dates are during the GMWS April Break: Arrive Sunday, April 21 (after 4pm) and Depart Friday, April 26 (by 11am). These dates are not negotiable. The recipient can use one or none of them.

This is a private residence and not a hotel. However, there is daily housekeeping, and the apartment is stocked with the necessities (e.g., soap, paper towels, toilet paper, condiments and spices, coffee, tea, ziplock bags, laundry soap)..

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. Total daytime occupancy of 6-7 people, overnight occupancy is 4

2. Any guests in the building we need to provide full names
3. Winning bidder would need come down to the lobby and escort any guests into the building.
4. As this is not a hotel, the front desk / doorman will NOT hold luggage, make reservations etc. They are basically there for the security of the building.
5. Quiet enjoyment. This is a private apartment building so it is asked that noise particularly in halls, elevators and other common spaces be limited.
