DON'T GO TO THIS CLEANER!!! NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR!!!

I brought in a varsity jacket to be cleaned, and when it was returned all of the lettering was BRIGHT PINK (originally white). I wish I could attach photos here so you could see how ridiculous it looked. After taking OVER 6 WEEKS and multiple attempts to try and clean the letters back to white, he tried to claim that the jacket was already pink when I originally brought it in for cleaning!!!

Separately but from the same original visit, they ruined a plaid button up shirt by getting bleach on it after washing. They said it was absolutely IMPOSSIBLE that they did it, and then offered to cut the sleeves off my shirt and turn it into a short sleeve...

A bunch of other excuses included:

"The jacket is old, there must be problems with it." -- The jacket is TWO years old, but simply has "1967-68" embroidered on it. The owner couldn't understand that the jacket wasn't from the 60's.

"The letters are clean white, no more pink." -- NOT!

"You want me to give you a refund on the cleaning?! Ok, but nothing more."

"I send this jacket out and the other cleaner doesn't know what happened. They won't take responsibility."

"Sorry, we cannot guarantee customer satisfaction."


I've never seen such reluctance to doing the right thing for your customers. If you use this cleaner, proceed at your own peril...

What a pleasant surprise! I don't live in the area, but dropped off some clothes for my parents in-law. Not only were they able to dry clean and deliver the fresh laundry by the next morning, they also fixed a couple of loose buttons. I heard that the tailoring service is very high standard, so I might try to get some pieces altered there soon.

Super great place. Everything always comes back in excellent shape. Nice service and very friendly people.

Do not go here! I dropped off a pair of old lined curtains to be dry cleaned. The woman at the front desk said the cost is normally $80 but "I will give it to you for $70." I felt that $70 was high bc the curtains aren't working much but for $70, I would give it a try. I get home and I see the receipt it for $140!!! The curtains are not worth's $140. I go back to the store this am to discuss and she said " Oh I said $70 each and you said that was fine." At no time did she ever say each or so would have walked out and thrown them away. She was very defensive and claimed to recall a conversation 2 weeks ago where she told me it was $70 each and that I agreed to this charge. I would never have agreed to $70 each!! Very dishonest business practices! Will never go back!

Horrible! I brought two beautiful white coats to them and they ruined both of them. The first - a Burberry coat - came back looking grey. The wool was pilled and matted. I didn't even recognize it! The second coat had silver buckles. One of the buckles was actually ripped off the coat. They didn't even make a note on the plastic or attach the buckle so I could have someone competent fix the coat. So amazed this place is still in business.

Don't go here if you like your clothes!!

I brought a simple black silk dress for cleaning, which they ruined and refused to take responsibility for. They insisted that I had washed it and it therefore wasn't completely black anymore. However, they didn't note that when the dress was originally brought in for cleaning, and they look thru each item when they enter it into their ticket system. Nor did they mention it when we brought it back to be re-cleaned. The manager/owner was argumentative and as completely anti-customer service. I even suggested that they dye the dress since it was a originally one color - black. But he insists that dying doesn't work. I just think he gets away with bullying his way past taking responsibility.

We find that these guys do a great job for us, and the owner is very friendly. We've been using them consistently for four years.

I was skeptical with other reviews, but just got a suit back on time and they did a great job. I travel a lot and my suit was a mess.

If I could give them negative stars I would. They lost a pair of suit pants that I brought in for tailoring. Yelled at me and refused to compensate me for my pants and the paid service. Terrible.

Ruined a 25% of my shirts that were in for basic laundering. The owner insisted that it was wear and tear and had nothing to do with them. I'm sorry, but a 2 month old Thomas Pink shirt should not be fraying at the collar after 3 washing's. And I don't care if you've been in the business for 30 years - I've have high end shirts that were years old in perfect condition, ruined by these guys in after just a few cleanings. Unfortunate as they are nice to me, my wife and our puppy - but I simply can't afford to keep replacing shirts that these guys are ruining. Don't bring nice stuff here - they simply don't know how to care for it.
