I want to say that hand down, DNA AUTOMOTIVE, and BODYSHOP are the ONLY SHOP that I feel comfortable having my car fixed by.

About 5 year ago,I got endured my first car accident. It began when a full propane tank fell from a company car, and eventually, the propane tank landed on the windshield. Which damage my dashboard with other interior parts.
I can say with a lot of confidence that DNA took good care of me by dealing with my car insurance, calling me and making sure that I am aware of what is going on with my car, and making sure that my car is only getting the only manufactured parts from the brand that my ANTONIO (WILL) has superb customer service and has made my experience phenomenal. They made sure that my vehicles work and look the same or even pleasingly better before the accident

Hector at DNA was absolutely amazing. He kept me updated throughout the entire process via text and answered any questions I had about the repair and even helped answered some questions about the claim. I've never been in an accident before and was nervous about the process of getting my car repaired, but Hector made the experience a breeze. Definitely coming back if I have any issues with my car.

Leo and the DNA Automotive team are amazing. My car was making funny sounds that were getting worse. I took it first to the dealership to get it diagnosed (huge mistake, I know) then got quoted $2k for something DNA fixed in a couple hours for a fraction of the price. On top of that, they found 2 nails in my tires that the dealership missed! Honest, speedy and so considerate. Leo communicated with me updates every step of the way. I truly appreciate it - I am pretty reasonable if I need to dish out funds on something as important as my car, but also a low income college student who cannot afford an unnecessary $2k. Highly recommend and will go back for any car needs!

I've worked with DNA through general service for my vehicle but mainly 2 minor collisions where it needed body work. Will has helped me through both and has made everything seamless. He made sure the insurance would be working for me and kept me updated along the way. All the guys there are very welcoming and kind, I've worked in the dealership industry and know a lot of women feel they get hassled, but that has never been my impression at this shop.
My car always comes back looking better than it did before, they go the extra mile and polish out my headlights (my cars a little older so it makes so much of a difference!) & the work they do in my eyes looks great.
