    With New England’s only NASCAR weekend just a few weeks away, New Hampshire Motor Speedway teamed up with NASCAR Racing Experience to host media on Friday for a taste of what’s to come. Media members from New England and beyond took part in the seventh annual Media Racing Challenge, and it was Timmy “Timmy G” Gorham of The Wicked Fast Podcast out of Boston, Mass. who took home the win for a second consecutive year. It was his third Media Racing Challenge win overall.

    One of the driving forces behind the annual Gift of Lights event at New Hampshire Motor Speedway is the opportunities that attendees have to give back to the community. The New Hampshire Chapter of Speedway Children’s Charities (SCCNH) and the Loudon Food Pantry each benefitted from the generosity of those who attended Gift of Lights presented by Ambetter and Wellcare during the holiday season. Nearly $34,000 was raised for SCCNH and nearly 2,000 meals were provided for those served by the Loudon Food Pantry.
